CONECT’s Virtual 2020 Northeast Cargo Symposium CONECT’s Northeast Cargo Symposium (NECS) will be held virtually in 2020. The Symposium will include a Trade Day (Nov. 9) and a Transportation Day (Nov. 10). Speakers will include FMC Commissioner Rebecca F. Dye, CBP Executive Assistant Commissioner Brenda Smith, Port of Long Beach Executive Director Mario Cordero, CONECT Washington Counsel Peter Friedmann, and panels of customs attorneys, carriers, and major importers including Cargill, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Gemini Shippers Association, Wine and Spirits Shippers Association, and more.
