CONECT’s Virtual 2020 Northeast Cargo Symposium CONECT’s Northeast Cargo Symposium (NECS) will be held virtually in 2020. The Symposium will include a Trade Day (Nov. 9) and a Transportation Day (Nov. 10). Speakers will include FMC Commissioner Rebecca F.
