Nikhil will collaborate with clients to strategically create value for their companies. Nikhil brings a wealth of 3PL knowledge and experience to A&A as a CFO for third-party logistics providers over the past 16 years and with over 30 years of experience in logistics and transportation. With his experience, Nikhil is recognized as a supply chain management thought leader and is a regular speaker at major industry events. As a financial expert with extensive M&A, Operational, P&L, and Turnaround/Restructuring experience, Nikhil has helped organizations maximize their Enterprise Value (EV).

Under Nikhil’s leadership, Armstrong & Associates’ M&A Advisory focus will broaden to include Turnarounds, Restructuring, Staging, Recapitalization, and Capital Raising engagements in addition to its traditional Buy/Sell side and Operational Due Diligence advisory work.
