Aeromexico start operations of three new routes connecting Mexico City International Airport (AICM) with Raleigh-Durham, Tampa Bay, and Washington D.C., made possible thanks to its Joint Cooperation Agreement with Delta Air Lines.

The celebration is taking place today from all four airports, starting with AICM, where Aeromexico executives were present for the first operations to these U.S. cities. Customers were greeted with a welcome message and commemorative gifts as a thank-you for choosing these inaugural flights.

Aeromexico will connect with these destinations through seven weekly frequencies for each route. With this opening, during July, the Aeromexico-Delta alliance will offer more than 90 flights per day between Mexico and the United States, covering nearly 60 routes directly connecting 24 destinations in the U.S. with 13 cities in Mexico.

Thanks to its Joint Cooperation Agreement with Delta, this year Aeromexico has inaugurated more than ten routes between the two countries, and will continue to work to promote connectivity to and from the United States.

Aeromexico and Delta Air Lines thank the authorities, airports, and partners in both countries for allowing this expansion for the benefit of tourism and business development.
