Offers FTL service operated by Aeronet 

Irvine, CA - Aeronet Worldwide, a leader in global logistics management, has announced the launch of an exciting new venture: Aeronet Road Transport. Clients will now have the option to receive total service for full truckload (FTL) shipments operated exclusively by Aeronet, from start-to-finish.

Whereas previously Aeronet leveraged its vast network of carriers for the delivery of FTL shipments, Aeronet Road Transport will utilize branded trucks owned by the company, and operated by Aeronet Associates.

Not only will this guarantee a faster, smoother process, as well as greater accountability on the operational side, but it will offer potential cost reduction as well.

The benefits of this service will be especially appreciated by Clients in industries which typically use FTL service because of the sensitive handling required for their cargo, such as cold chain, food/perishables, hazardous material, electronics, and high-tech. The expertise of Aeronet Associates, who have worked closely with these industries throughout the decades, combined with this new direct oversight of the entire transit process, ensure that the complex deliveries of such cargo remain in good hands.

While the service offered by Aeronet Road Transport focuses on the specific demands of FTL shipments, Clients will still be able to receive the full capabilities that Aeronet offers, including White Glove services, warehousing, and leading edge eSolutions.

This new FTL division will be led by Manager of Road Transport Joshua Barrett, and based out of Aeronet’s Dallas Fort-Worth (DFW) station.
