Promotes emerging leader to new role focusing on long-term innovation
DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TEXAS - American Airlines Cargo has announced the promotion of Jessica Tyler to Vice President, Strategy and Development. Her organization will focus on the future, specifically how the carrier plans and invests in the right technology, products, partnerships and ways of doing business to best serve customers. She will also continue leading American’s digital transformation initiative that will replace 90 percent of the organization’s legacy technology, enabling end-to-end business process and customer experience modernization.

Jessica holds a doctoral degree and MBA from Texas Christian University (TCU) and a degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University. She’s actively involved in her community, having served on the board of a local non-profit and volunteering with several organizations. She lives with her husband and three sons in Southlake, Texas.
