Effective 1st October 2019, Dimerco Express Group has restructured to set up an Executive Management Board (EMB), which will consist of five Executive Management members and will be led by Mr. Jeffrey Shih when Dimerco CEO Mr. Edward Lin retires at the end of the month. The EMB will be responsible for the management of Dimerco Express Group’s three newly restructured Business Divisions - Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Contract Logistics.

Dimerco has also upgraded its Corporate Management Information System (MIS) to Business Intelligence Technology (BIT) Division, focusing on the development and application of its own Dimerco Value Plus System® which operates on web.3.0 cloud network and offers the mobility to operate and service customers in any location and at any time, when there is internet connection. This rapid and comprehensive improvement of AI technology, application of Big Data and Semi-Automation technology in the Internet+ environment underpins Dimerco’s re-positioning of the company as a "Mobile Intelligence Logistics Service Provider".

Executive Management Board
Representing the Air Freight Division, President of Dimerco Express Corporation, Mr. George Chiou will be responsible for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and North East Asia, while President of GCR Ocean Freight, Mr. Johnny Kao will represent the Ocean Freight Division in the same region. In South East Asia, Australia, USA, Canada and Europe, Mr. Jeffrey Shih, Chief Executive Management will be responsible for the Air Freight Division, while President of Dimerco Express (USA) Corp, Mr. Herbert Liou, will represent the Ocean Freight Division in that region.
Ms. Wendy Chien, Managing Director, will represent the Contract Logistics Division across both geographies.
