Not only a great colleague, mentor and friend, Rod epitomizes the best of Interstate Cold Storage,” says Tippmann. “Rod has made a major impact on our business during the pandemic and on-going labor shortages. He leads by example and is an invaluable member of the Tippmann Affiliated Group family.”

Waiters started his Interstate Cold Storage career in 2006 as a forklift operator at the company’s Columbus I location. “Being here as long as I have seen many innovations and improvements throughout the years,” he says.
