Realterm, a leading transportation-focused global investment manager, today announced that Brian Oravec will join the company as Chief Investment Officer, Asia Pacific.

In this role, Brian will support the global Realterm organization to realize its ambitious growth targets. He will leverage his Asia expertise to help Realterm expand its business in the region and will work closely with the capital markets team on expanding key capital relationships in the Middle East, Europe and APAC regions along with new product development across the platform. As part of the senior leadership team, Brian will also focus on strategy and corporate development.

Brian brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He co-founded IndoSpace, India’s largest developer and owner of industrial real estate, and has served as its CEO for the past 17 years. Now based in Singapore, Brian has a long history with the Realterm organization where he started his real estate career in 2005. Realterm’s founders were also founding partners in IndoSpace and Brian has served on the Realterm board for the past four years.
