Hipschman To Guide CBRE's Industrial & Logistics Strategy In Dynamic Markets Including New Jersey, New York's Outer Boroughs, Eastern Pennsylvania
Los Angeles – CBRE announced today that Jeffrey Hipschman, Senior Managing Director of the company’s New Jersey market, is taking on the additional role of Industrial & Logistics Divisional Lead for the Northeast. With these responsibilities, Mr. Hipschman will help further expand and integrate CBRE’s industry-leading logistics services across the region.
By appointing Mr. Hipschman to this new role, CBRE has assigned one of its top regional leaders to guide its Industrial & Logistics practice in one of the largest and most active regions in the world for distribution, logistics and industrial uses. The markets that CBRE serves in this geography span a collective 2 billion sq. ft. of industrial and logistics space with average rent growth in the past year at a strong 5.4 percent, and the average vacancy rate of a healthy 5.4 percent.
Mr. Hipschman will coordinate CBRE’s work across dynamic logistics markets including the long-established and growing New Jersey market as well as those turbo-charged in recent years by e-commerce distribution, such as eastern Pennsylvania and New York’s outer boroughs.
