Circle S.p.A. (“CIRCLE” or the “Company”) - Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market at the head of the Group of the same name specializing in the process, analysis and the development of solutions for the digitization of the port and intermodal logistics sectors and in international consultancy on the Green Deal and energy transition issues, announces that has signed an agreement with a Mediterranean port for Free Zone's also customs-valued digitization and related federated services PCS SERVICES.
The agreement, worth about 100,000 Euro, will last 12 months and aims to complete digitization of the Free Zone and the evolution of interoperability services with port stakeholders. The project is structured in several progressive phases involving the adaptation and configuration of the various software modules.
