CMA CGM announced the Empty Equipment Imbalance Surcharge applicable as follows as from March 1st, 2021 until further notice:

Origin Range: From Seattle & Tacoma (US West Coast)
Destination Range: To all destinations
Equipment: Reefer
Date of application: From March 1st, 2021 (date of loading)
Amount: USD 650 per Reefer container (except SOC)
Payment: Prepaid
