These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

• Origin Range: From all North European base ports (*offered in direct on CMA CGM services)
• Destination Range: To India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka base ports (*offered in direct on CMA CGM services)
• Date of application: From March 16th, 2019 (date of loading in the origin ports) and until further notice

(*) These rates include the Basic Ocean freight, the Bunker related surcharges, the Aden Gulf surcharge, the Origin THC (average lumpsum). They are subject to Destination THC, the Peak Season charges and similar charges and other Safety and Security related surcharges which are accessible at http://www.cma-cgm.com/ebusiness/tariffs/charge-finder. Other charges such as Contingency charges and local charges may also apply.
