Further to our our previous Customer Advisories about the situation in Red Sea, several Group vessels have been re-routed from their intended route through the Cape of Good Hope to ensure the safety of our crew, vessels and your cargo.

As announced earlier, the contingency plan is undertaken according to clause 10 of our bill of lading and will generate additional costs that are eligible for recovery.

A Contingency charge, subject to regulated countries, will be applicable with immediate effect and until further notice as follows (amounts in USD):
