Port congestion in Nouadhibou, Mauritania is currently increasing our operational costs and has been generating service disruptions for several weeks.

CMA CGM will therefore implement the following Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS):
Effective March 15th, 2019 (B/L date) until further notice for non-FMC trades (April 1st, 2019 for FMC trades subject to filing):
    •    From worldwide origins to Nouadhibou
    •    From Nouadhibou to worldwide destinations
    •    All cargo dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk
