Effective from July 15th, 2019 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice, except US Trades (from July 20th, 2019):
• Ports: Denmark all ports
• Perimeter: Import & Export
• Cargo: Dry & Reefer
• Amounts DKK 1,050 per unit Dry & NOR | DKK 1,500 per unit Reefer
• Payment: Collect/Prepaid
