MONTREAL - CN (TSX: CNR) (NYSE: CNI) and the Canadian National Railway Police Association (CNRPA) announced today that the parties have reached a tentative agreement for a new contract.

Details of the agreement, which covers CN police officers across Canada, are being withheld pending ratification, which is expected by Feb. 1.
