Auburndale, FL - Comcar Industries, the parent company for four divisions offering national truck transportation services, has announced that it has appointed Randall T. Clark as its new president and chief executive officer, effective December 1, 2019.  He succeeds Michael P. Ryan, who is leaving the company.  Ryan was appointed to this leadership position in April 2017.

Clark most recently was a consultant to the transportation industry.  Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Towne Transportation, a less-than-truckload (LTL) and expedited trucking company.  Before that, Clark served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Streamlite, Inc., a company engaged in creating, producing and mailing direct mail advertising.  In addition, he has held senior management positions with Deutsche Post DHL, Polar Air Cargo Worldwide, DHL Express USA, Circle International and Emery Worldwide.  Clark has also served as a board member of several of these companies, as well as St. Thomas Aquinas and Junior Achievement.

Clark received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University, West Layette, Ind.
