Conference to address air cargo issues in the Great Plains region

The American Association of Airport Executives and the Kansas City International Airport have partnered to bring a conference addressing air cargo issues to the Great Plains region, The AAAE/Kansas City International Airport Great Plains Regional Air Cargo Conference. The Conference will take place May 22-24, 2005, at the Marriott Kansas City Downtown, in Kansas City, MO.

With the air cargo sector growing and already transporting 40% of the world's goods, regional planning is becoming an essential tool for economic development. This conference will examine what business consumers in the Great Plains region want today from their air cargo service providers. It will address such issues as capacity planning, security and other developments. It will bring together experts, business planners, economic development specialists and regulators in a forum designed for dialogue and networking.
