DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker George Cibula and President Rick Daly recently represented CenterPoint Properties in its lease of 239,190 square feet at 900 Knell Road, Unit C in Montgomery, IL, to Parceljet Information Technology, LLC. The professional cross-border logistics company is expanding from its costal locations to grow its presence in the Midwest.

“Parceljet wanted to increase its delivery capacity in the US heartland and having a location in the Chicago area was ideal for that purpose,” says Cibula. “This space in the western suburb has great access to I-88, and offers a large contiguous space for a good price.”

The space is part of a 992,462 square foot building on a 71-acre site. Built in 1960, the space has 30’ clear height, 17 exterior docks, and one drive-in door. The building was renovated in 2000. Parking is available for 184 trailers and more than 600 cars, making it an ideal building for logistics users.
