Etihad Cargo, the cargo and logistics arm of Etihad Airways, is showcasing the key developments of its transformation at Europe’s largest cargo trade show, Air Cargo Europe.

Over the last year, Etihad Cargo has implemented a strategy that saw the introduction of several transformation programmes across its fleet and network, commercial and operational processes, and its physical and digital infrastructures.

Some of these key initiatives being showcased at Air Cargo Europe include industry leading digital developments such as its market leading IBS iCargo solution and Online Booking Portal www.etihadcargo.com, as well as interactive activations bringing its latest premium products, FlightValet and FreshForward to customers and visitors with a combination of virtual reality and fresh smoothies.

Etihad Cargo’s recently rebranded cargo loyalty scheme “PayloadRewards” is also heavily featured, with an attractive incentive of 5,000 bonus miles to anyone who signs up to the programme throughout the event.

Etihad PayloadRewards is available to small and medium size businesses, with members earning one mile for every $4 of general cargo shipped and 1 mile for every $1 of premium cargo shipped. Similar to the award-winning passenger loyalty program Etihad Guest, cargo customers can now avail exclusive benefits upon attaining Silver, Gold or Platinum Tier Status with PayloadRewards.
