FourKites sees the Port of Yantian returning to normal. They’ve been seeing continuous decline in dwell across pickup and discharge categories.
- Dwell for Pickup (Loading) at Yantian: After reaching 27 days during the week of June 13, dwell time for loading has started to stabilize, and reached 8 days during the week of June 20.
- Dwell for Imports (Discharge): During the week of June 13, dwell time for discharge has seen a steep decline — from 23 days to 4 days — from the previous week. It seems that the port has taken some initiatives to normalize operations, and is trying to speed up the discharging process. Dwell time for discharge remained stable in the week of June 20.
