Airland Logistics A/S, member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for Denmark recently arranged for the movement of a heavy and volume sized shipment of Freeze Dying Plant parts from Denmark to Mexico.

Mikkel Ebdrup, General Manager for Airland Logistics explained: “We are proud to have completed the shipment of 16x SOC 40’ containers from Kalundborg, Denmark to Veracruz, Mexico. Every aspect of this operation was managed in-house, from sourcing the containers to ensuring that all cargo was efficiently picked up from Nakskov Port.

Our team oversaw the entire process, including loading and lashing the cargo into the containers. All cargo was securely stuffed at our partner's warehouse in the port, ensuring everything was handled with the utmost care and precision.

In addition to the standard containers, we also managed the shipment of 4x 40’ flat racks carrying aluminum drums. Each drum weighed approximately 30 tons and required specialized handling, as the total load filled over 350 cbm. This brought the shipment to over 1000 cbm and 200 tons in total.”
