Hamburg Süd announces that after a successful 43 year tenure, Jeffrey H. “Jeff” Parker will retire from Hamburg Süd North America, Inc. on June 30, 2019.  Jeff joined the Company in August 1976 as Assistant Terminal Manager in Philadelphia.  During his more than four decades with Hamburg Süd, Jeff served in several positions and played a key role in helping to shape the Company to where it is today. His most notable contribution has been leading the Philadelphia Customer Service Center and achieving consistently positive customer feedback.

Hamburg Süd is pleased to announce that Jeffrey “Jeff” Raven will take over the leadership role for the Philadelphia Customer Service Center.  Jeff Raven joined Hamburg Süd in Melbourne, Australia in March 2001 as a Sales Representative.  He has held various positions including Trade Management and most recently was Manager, Export Customer Service in Philadelphia.
