Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its South Florida industrial team secured a 77,966-square-foot new lease for Iberia Foods at Centergate at Gratigny, a three-building, 1.6 million-square-foot, Class A industrial property at 5801 and 6301 E. 10th Ave. in Hialeah, Florida. Transwestern’s South Florida Industrial Team, composed of Thomas Kresse, Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg and Carlos Gaviria, represented the owner in the transaction.
“We are pleased to execute this lease with Iberia Foods Corp in Phase I of Centergate at Gratigny,” said Kresse. “This prominent, Class A industrial park is centrally located in north Miami-Dade County, right off the Gratigny Expressway, making it an ideal location for distribution throughout South Florida.
