Rich is very active with Inland Rivers Ports & Terminals (IRPT) where he has served on the Board of Directors since 2012 representing the Upper Mississippi River Basin and has served with the St. Louis Regional Freightway as a Needs Analysis Committee Member identifying infrastructure improvements to help the freight network grow in St. Louis.
