LDS’s software streamlines the entire claims management process, and in turn, significantly boosts the efficiency of CSX's freight claims. This technology automates data collection, supports real-time tracking, and delivers sophisticated analytics, minimizing manual errors and speeding up claim resolutions. This results in faster reimbursements, optimized resource allocation, and heightened customer satisfaction, ultimately refining the freight claims workflow and elevating operational efficiency for CSX.

Since 2015, LDS has provided comprehensive software solutions for the automotive industry, including its proprietary ‘Autohouz’ finished vehicle data warehouse, which offers unique analytics and inspection tools tailored to this critical sector. The multi-year agreement with CSX will extend the reach of LDS’s solutions to support the automotive supply chain further, leveraging data to enhance performance and minimize damage.
