On any given day, about 205,000 riders arrive or depart on buses operated by 20 different carriers out of the world’s busiest bus terminal. It takes military precision to coordinate arrivals and departures, ensure safety compliance for the various bus fleets and keep everyone from bus drivers to bus riders happy. Luckily, the man behind the curtain is a Navy veteran with a specialty in military cargo logistics and resource management.
