Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured the management assignments for Terminal East, an industrial center in Port Wentworth, Georgia and Building 3B at Georgia International Trade Center (GITC) in Rincon, Georgia. Lincoln Senior Vice President Shane Froman, Senior Portfolio Manager Industrial Lead Kim Steward and Senior Portfolio Manager Natalie Matteson will oversee property management for both assignments on behalf of the owners.
“With the Port of Savannah listed as the third-largest container terminal in the country, there is seemingly no end in sight to the immense growth of industrial development across the market,” said Lincoln’s Froman. “We’ve provided quality property management services to a range of industrial properties across the Savannah region for a while, and we are ecstatic to add these two premier assignments to our portfolio. Users can rest assured they will have the best tenant experience available while taking advantage of the area’s prime location so close to a major port.
Down the road in Port Wentworth, Terminal East is a Class A industrial park sitting just off of I-95 and Hwy 21, only 5.5 miles west of the Port of Savannah. Lincoln will manage 914,800 square feet of warehouse space at the development. One building at the park is leased to Aeronet Worldwide, and the other 735,000-square-foot warehouse is available for lease. Terminal East, which is owned by Crow Holdings, offers direct access to I-95 and is located in a military zone providing job tax credits.
Currently, Lincoln’s portfolio includes roughly 16 million square feet of industrial assets managed across multiple owners in Metro Atlanta and Savannah. Other prominent industrial properties managed by Lincoln in the Savannah area include Amazon Savannah SAV4, a 640,000-square-foot fulfillment center in Pooler, Georgia just east of the city, and Brown Thrasher Logistics Center, a 281,067-square-foot industrial complex located in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
