• After months of preparation and the establishment of rigorous protocols by the relevant authorities, the first shipment of Chilean salmon was sent to the Australian market this Monday. • The salmon was transported by LATAM Cargo Group on flight LA805, which departed from Santiago in the early morning of November 27th, bound for Melbourne, Australia. This marks the first time Chilean salmon has touched down on Australian soil.
