Budd Lake, NJ - Consolidated Chassis Management, LLC (CCM), the chassis pool subsidiary of the Ocean Carrier Equipment Management Association (OCEMA), announced today that Mike Wilson has been named as CCM’s Chief Executive Officer by the company’s board, effective April 10, 2019.
Mr. Wilson has been a member of the CCM Board of Managers and an officer of its parent company OCEMA since 2010, and has been instrumental in the growth of CCM in becoming the leading manager of cooperative intermodal chassis pools in the U.S. As CEO, Mr. Wilson will lead the CCM management team in developing and executing the company’s strategic objectives.
Mr. Wilson is a seasoned veteran in the transportation industry with a distinguished 39-year career in international shipping including senior positions in logistics, operations and customer service in North America, Europe, Central America, the Caribbean and South America, with United States Lines, Crowley Maritime, United Arab Shipping and Atlantic Container Line. Prior to joining CCM, Mr. Wilson was Senior Vice President of Hamburg Süd North America, Inc., responsible for all marine and terminal operations, equipment and intermodal, finance and accounting, information technology, human resources, quality management and administration.
