​She will be responsible for managing the firm’s sales process and activities, with particular focus on rolling out the agency’s new Marketing Made Simple™ program that helps small- and medium-sized companies go to market. She also will be instrumental in bringing business results to MindShare’s clients by aligning their needs with the firm’s eight marketing practices in strategy/branding, research, media relations/PR, advertising, digital media, direct marketing/collateral, special events, and sales/business development.

Herndon, who has been an account executive with MindShare since 2010, has more than 25 years of experience in a myriad of positions in business development, sales, public relations, publicity, marketing and communications. Most recently she has served as the director of business relations for one of MindShare’s long-standing association clients, the National Shippers Strategic Transportation Council (NASSTRAC). Along with nearly four years in transportation marketing and sales experience with MindShare, Herndon previously worked in sales and marketing roles for Sysco, Ricoh Business Solutions, and Cardiovascular Risk Assessment. She also is an active member of leading industry associations such as the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association and NASSTRAC.
