Effective February 15th 2019, Operation Cost Contribution (OCC) charge will be implemented and applied to all import cargoes destined to Djibouti.

The implementation of this new charge intends to cover operational costs incurred at the port.

This fee is a local charge that should be manifested, and it will be effective as of February 15th, 2019.

The OCC charge will be applied per container as follows:
