In this role, Shore will oversee the company’s equipment engineering strategy, asset management approach, and equipment standards across all operations.

As a distinguished leader in the port and terminal industry, Shore has 20 years of success in leading crane & power equipment engineering and an impeccable track record steering global business technology strategy. His work resulted in the achievement of maximum operational outputs while utilizing minimum resource expenditures, making him a standout leader in the industry.

Prior to Ports America, Shore most recently served as the Head of Port Services, Americas, at ABB and previously the Head of Global Engineering, Technical Support, and Execution for APM Terminals. Among his vast professional accomplishments, Shore is highly regarded as an advocate for standardization, ensuring optimized business operations and maintenance. His proactive approach to improving productivity, reliability, resourcefulness and safety, all resonate with Ports America's core values and strategic vision.

Shore holds an MBA from Averett University and a BA in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University. His academic achievements and extensive work experience position him as a driving force in the engineering sector.
