Jun 10 - 16 - Trucks returned to the highways last week after the annual Roadcheck inspection blitz put a squeeze on capacity in the previous week. That pushed load-to-truck ratios lower for each trailer type, and many lanes that saw major rate increases during Roadcheck had declines last week. Still, national average rates for vans and reefers remain the highest they’ve been since January.
Ratios fall but national rates hold steady
