Realterm announced the acquisition of a 71,835-square-foot final mile warehouse in Brockton, Mass. Located at 989 Belmont Street, the fully-leased property sits on 6.6 acres and offers 20 dock and 15 drive-in doors.

“The greater Boston industrial market continues to see significant user demand, low vacancy rates and rising rents making this fully-leased acquisition a strong addition to our portfolio,” said Stephen Panos, Managing Director and Fund Manager, Realterm.

Located directly off of Route 24, the warehouse offers easy access to distribution channels in throughout the Boston market via I-93 and I-495.
