Interest for the event is shared by both Fabien GIORDANO (Managing Director, SDV Singapore) and Emmanuel PETREQUIN (Regional Healthcare Manager, Asia Pacific).

“It is our intention to fully exhibit our strong capabilities in various industries. Now we fix our sights to expand the SDV awareness in the pharmaceutical industry”, an ambition set forth by Fabien GIORDANO.

Emmanuel PETREQUIN concurred, “BioPharma Asia is an invaluable resource. All stakeholders adopting Singapore as a regional healthcare hub in Asia would venture to the convention with the same appetite, and we will satisfy their hunger for new expertise and totally customizable supply-chain solutions.”

SDV attains high visibility as a Silver Sponsor. As decision makers from pharma & biotech manufacturing, academia and fellow logistics service providers converge, it represents an unparalleled networking opportunity.

Jaspar LIM, (Senior Quality Manager/Pharmacist) shall be speaker at the event, sharing his GxP experience on-stage. Topic: Ensuring product quality with Good Distribution Practices in Asia.

To further demonstrate our products of storage, distribution and late-stage customization, Jaspar LIM designed a mini-game at our booth. Unlike the average participant coming forth as a single entity, SDV collaborated with our customer/suppliers in this mini-game concept.

The mini-game concept focus on a recognized Risk Management Tool (Fault Tree Analysis), fully integrated with our written procedure as part of an effective Quality Management System.

Delegates are presented with a scenario whereby temperature excursion is observed at destination. They have to work towards a possible root cause(s), while having a first-hand exposure to our services of storage and secondary repackaging.

  • Packaging material of actual product has been inkjet with 2D data matrix barcode. Embedded within is the specified storage condition as well as a mystery message read by each delegate.
  • A temperature monitoring system shall be installed at SDV booth, providing live data simulating storage conditions.

Emmanuel PETREQUIN shall be moderator at roundtable discussion with topics such as procurement, storage and inventory management around experts in the healthcare industry.
