Southeastern Freight Lines, the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, today announced Matt Sauers has been promoted to service center manager in Louisville, Kentucky.

With over five years of experience at Southeastern, Sauers started his career at the West Atlanta, Georgia, service center as an account manager and inbound supervisor. Since then, he has served in a variety of roles, including inbound and outbound operations manager, pickup and delivery manager, and most recently, assistant service center manager in Atlanta.

“Matt has demonstrated success building a positive culture and supporting his team’s continued growth here at Southeastern,” said Rob Smith, regional vice president of operations for Southeastern Freight Lines. “We are confident in his ability to create an environment that reflects our quality without question mission and are confident this will continue in his new role in Louisville.”

Sauers will relocate with his wife and four children, and looks forward to serving the Southeastern team in a new capacity.
