Southeastern Freight Lines, the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, today announced Shannon Mangrum has been promoted to service center manager in Lubbock, Texas.
With over 11 years of experience at Southeastern, Mangrum started his career at the Memphis service center as a freight handler. Since then, he has served in a variety of roles, including dock to driver, pickup and delivery supervisor, inbound supervisor and, most recently, assistant service center manager in Garland, Texas.
“Shannon embodies our company’s culture of providing quality without question service,” said Jim Jones, regional vice president of operations. “His commitment to serving the people around him has inspired and motivated his teams over the past decade at Southeastern. We are excited to see Shannon continue to grow in his new role as service center manager in Lubbock.”
