STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today named Miguel Santiago, PE, vice president and Newark area manager for its transportation northeast operating group. Santiago will spearhead local business development and growth initiatives with a focus on enhancing project delivery, boosting staff engagement and driving financial performance.

Santiago holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Rutgers University. He is a member of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority committee for the American Council of Engineering Companies New Jersey (ACEC NJ).
