Trammell Crow opens new DFW International Air CargoCentreT III and AirFreight & LogisticsCentre

Trammell Crow Company is pleased to announce the grand opening of its 35 acre master planned air cargo project in the West Cargo Area of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. This project includes the Trammell Crow Company International Air CargoCentreT III as well as the Trammell Crow Company AirFreight & LogisticsCentresT 1, 2, and 3.

The master plan provides for approximately 395,000 square feet of air cargo, logistics and freight forwarding office and warehouse space with direct and immediate access to the tarmac. DFW and Trammell Crow Company are demonstrating their leadership within North America, through the successful development of the first air cargo facility designed specifically to accommodate both the Airbus A380 and Boeing 747-400F freighter aircraft. The project is able to simultaneously accommodate three Group V, or two Group VI wide body aircraft. The aircraft apron of the Air CargoCentreT is seamlessly integrated with the AirFreight & LogisticsCentreT by way of a manned AOA gate.

This secured access enables customers of the AirFreight & LogisticsCentreT to transfer freight to the Air CargoCentreT in a more efficient, timely and secure manner without the use of trucks. This integration promotes maximum utilization of the aircraft apron and airport infrastructure, while minimizing operating costs for customers of the business park, and reducing truck traffic in the West Cargo Area.

The March 1, 2006 grand opening of the Air CargoCentre III celebrates the successful results of six years of marketing and strategic planning between DFW and Trammell Crow Company. "We are pleased Trammell Crow Company continues to believe in the strength and future of DFW," says Jeff Fegan, CEO of the DFW. "Their commitment to developing Class-A facilities continues to allow DFW to grow our position as the pre-eminent mid-continent cargo gateway to Asia, Europe, Latin America and the rest of the World."

"I am impressed by Trammell Crow's ability to picture the end users' need, then plan and develop that vision and create an out of the "cargo box" facility that allows shippers to deliver their goods to their customs faster, lowering the cost of doing business. I am very excited to see the facility open and look forward to seeing even more cargo service arriving at DFW."

Located half way between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, DFW is the third (3 rd) busiest airport in the World in terms of operations, and the ninth (9 th) busiest in the US for cargo. Home to the headquarters of more than 19 Fortune 500 Companies and almost 5.6 million residents, the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex continues to thrive through its diversity of industry, services, technology, and cultures. The economic engine behind the region's expansive growth is the DFW. With air service from over 35 major domestic and international carriers serving over 25 countries, global businesses and industry remain connected to the World through DFW.

This master planned development offers a strategic and central location, unmatched air and ground transportation access, and diversified business environment, accordingly, Aeroground, Inc. and Integrated Airline Services have chosen the Air CargoCentre III as the logical choice for servicing their airline customers at DFW. With the commencement of the Leases for both Aeroground and Integrated Airline Services on March 1, 2006 the Air CargoCentre III will be 100% occupied at the time of its grand opening. "Trammell Crow Company and DFW anticipated the need for air cargo space to accommodate new airlines and the growth of existing airlines at DFW." Bradford commented, "Marking our grand opening with the Air CargoCentre III fully leased confirms that our projections were correct. This is a terrific day for DFW and Trammell Crow Company."
