The project forwarding division in Sheffield of Denholm Good Logistics (DGL), member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for the United Kingdom, teamed up with fellow WWPC member LS-Cargo from Germany to commonly managing a speciality out-of-gauge project. This latest project was the collection, loading, securing and movement to quay for oil cooling equipment, which was being exported to Sweden.
For the first leg of its journey, this specialist equipment had to travel from its load point in Lincoln to the loading depot in Southampton, the planning for which had to be meticulous, facilitating dimensions of 2×40 FR containers, containing 4x crates 498x443x307cm with a weight of 10,825.00kg each and 1 crate 371x140x222cm weighing 2167.00kg.
