Xeneta, the global reference for ocean and air freight rate data and intelligence, has announced changes to its Board of Directors. Marie-Pierre Rogers has been appointed as the new Chair, succeeding Birger Magnus. Additionally, Doug Friedman, Robert Toms, and Jesper Kjaedegaard have stepped down as part of the Board's consolidation.

In addition to Marie-Pierre Rogers and Patrik Berglund, the Xeneta Board comprises Mark Beith (Apax Growth), Fredrik Cassel (Creandum) and Bridget Shea (Chief Customer Officer of Typeface).

Marie-Pierre Rogers brings a wealth of experience from her executive and non-executive roles in various technology and supply chain companies, including SoftwareONE, Spencer Stuart, The International Air Transport Association (IATA), CPGmarket.com, FedEx, and DHL.
