Bremen - Zeamarine is pleased to announce that Namir Khanbabi has been appointed as the new Regional Director for Asia and Oceania. He most recently held the role of Chartering and Operations Director at AAL, where he was, in charge of the global chartering, operations and the engineering for Tramp and Liner services.
In his role Namir will be in charge to lead the Asia & Oceania business unit(s), identify new market opportunities and define the actions required to continue our successful story in the Asia and Oceania area. We wish him an excellent integration and success within the Zeamarine team.
He joins a well established team in our Regional HQ in Kuala Lumpur and will be supported by the promotion of Alexander Furst to Head of Chartering Asia and Oceania.
