Paulsen, a 35-year industry veteran, has been a driving force behind Kidder Mathews’ growth and expansion as the largest fully independent commercial real estate firm in the Western U.S. Since joining the company in 2021 as regional president of brokerage in Southern California and Arizona, he has recruited nearly 50 brokers, resulting in $7.3 billion in volume and more than 4,600 successful transactions.
